This is the part where we tell you that your appointment time is reserved for you and you only.  While we understand daily life can make some lateness unavoidable, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are beyond ten minutes late.  We want to make sure we have enough time to provide you with the quality of work you are paying for and to allow us to stay on time for the rest of our guests.  If unable to keep your appointment, please, please, please give us a call 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.  Thank you kindly.
